In the matter of the settlement of the boundaries of the Ahupuaa of West Ohia, Kona, Island of Molokai.
Honolulu, July 10th 1915
Proper application having been made to me April 19th 1915 by Wai Wing of Honolulu for the settlement of the boundaries of the Ahupuaa of West Ohia, Kona, Island of Molokai as follows:

Dear Sir:
I do hereby make application as owner of the same for settlement of the boundaries of the Ahupuaa of West Ohia, Molokai, Mahele Award 30 to S. Helehewa.
The boundaries, as claimed by applicant are set forth in survey herewith plan of same being shown in Government Survey maps of Molokai.
The adjoining lands and owners as far as known are as follows:
Keawanui, Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estate
East Ohia, Government
Puaahola, Land Court Petition No. 278
Manawai, Mrs. William Meyer

Proper application having been made to me by Wai Wing for the settlement of the boundaries of the Ahupuaa of West Ohia, Kona, Molokai, notice I hereby given to all owners of adjoining lands and all persons interested to said boundaries that there will be a hearing for the settlement of the said boundaries of the above named land at my office, 855 Kaahumanu Street, Honolulu, on Saturday, July 14, 1913, at 10 o'clock A.M.

On July 1, 1915, Mrs. William Meyer, the owner of Manawai called on me and after looking over the description and map, stated that she was satisfied with the boundaries as shown as far as they concerned her land and that she did not think it necssary [sic necessary] for her to appear at the hearing on July 10, 1915.
Mr. G.H. Gere[?], land Agent for the Estate Bernice P. Bishop, also called on me during the early part of this month and examined the description and map of West Ohia as filed. He stated that the land of Keawanui was owned by the Estate B.P. bishop and that the boundaries had already been settled and the description and map of West Ohia filed by Wai Wing was the same, so he had no objection to make and therefore would not appear at the hearing. Mr. W.E. Wall, Territorial surveyor was furnished with a description and map of west Ohia during the Month of June 1915, and early this month he called and stated to me that after examining the description and map he, acting for the Government, had no objection to the boundaries as shown by the description and map as far as they adjoined the Government lands.
John K. Kakahio and his son, Moses, was present at the hearing, July 10, 1915 and stated that they owned a Kuleana in East Ohia. They were informed by the Commissioner that any decision he made would not effect the boundaries of a kuleana that had been awarded or granted by metes and bounds and also that the description of west Ohia, as claimed by Wai Wing followed the Kuleana lines.

I therefore adjudge and decree (that it appearing to my satisfaction) that the true, lawful and equitable boundaries of the Ahupuaa of west Ohia, District of Kona, island of Molokai, Territory of Hawaii are as set forth in the metes and bounds above, that were filed with me April 19, 1915 by Wai Wing.
