Mr. M.D. Monsarrat, sworn, the survey of metes and bounds filed by me this day of the land of Honomuni, Molokai (marked Exhibit A) owned by Mrs. E.M. Nakuina, in a survey made by me and is correct. Also the map filed in evidence was made by me, and is correct.
Mr. M.D. Monsarrat, having filed his credentials authorizing him to act in the premises, and after duly notifying all parties having adjoining lands, and none appearing, it is decreed that the Boundaries of said land of Honomuni, Island of Molokai, are as follows:
Commencing at sea shore, at a rock marked + from which the Government Survey Station Honomuni bears North 72° 14' 30” West true 53 feet; Puu Mano North 7° 8' 30” West true and running:
1. North 35 38' West true 3101 feet along Land Commission Award 5382 to Haalelea to large rock marked + and called Pohakuloa;
2. North 40° 47' West true 3953 fee ....

.... August 15th[?] 1895, said boundaries were surveyed by Z.K. Halemanu, Esquire, which survey is now filed by M.D. Monsarrat, for Mrs. E.M. Nakuina, whom he represents.
Credentials filed.
M.D. Monsarrat, sworn, I can simply say that I have looked over the survey, and also, I have been over the Valley of Wailau, and I am satisfied to accept the survey.
From information given to me by kamaainas at Molokai I know that there is a Lele belonging to their land in Wailau Valley and called Akahiki.
This Lele is surrounded by Government Lands, and I, representing the Government, accept this survey of Halemanu.
I have also filed, with the Commissioner of Boundaries, my credentials from the Government also my credentials to represent E.M. Nakuina.
M.D. Monsarrat, having filed his credentials fully authorizing him to set in the premises, and after duly notifying all parties having adjoining lands, it is decreed that the Boundaries of said Lele, called Ahahiki, of the Land of Honomuni, Molokai, Hawaiian Islands, are as follows:
