To R.F. Bickerton, Esquire, Commissioner of Boundaries, Island of Oahu
Dear Sir,
The undersigned owner of the Ili of Pahoa, in Waianae, Oahu respectfully represents that the said Ili wao awarded to Victoria Kamamalu in Land Commission Award No. 7713 by name without survey, and that the boundaries of the same have never been settled.
The Ili of Pahoa is surrounded, all sides, as shown on the accompanying map by the Ahupuaa of Waianae, which belongs to the Crown.
Your Petitioner claims, that the survey herewith enclosed is a correct description of the land of Pahoa by description of the land of Pahoa by metes and bounds, and respectfully asks that a day and an hour be appointed for hearing the case, that all parties interested may have due notice, and that the Certificate of boundary, as by law provided, be issued to your petitioner.

6. North 74° 38' East true 86 feet along Pond;
7. North 25° 28' West true 255 feet along Pond;
8. North 2° 40' East true 377 feet along Pond;
9. North 59° 12' East true 104 feet along Pond across road;
10. North 27° 39' West true 218 feet along pond to initial point.
Area 10 24/100 acres.
The above three apanas are all surrounded by the Crown land of Waianae.
