.... hat when the Government Map was made under my direction in 1878; I was under the impression that the survey of 1874 had been confirmed by the boundary Commissioner, and in my present position, I wish the Crown surveys of Kaneloa made by Webster to be considered in settling this boundary. I should advise that Mr. J.H. Brown, should make a new survey of Waianu, as he is familiar with the ground.
Matter is continued until new survey is made by J.F. Brown for Applicants.
