VI. North 5° 10' East true 654 feet; thence along middle of the stream and up the bank to said initial point the enclosed are being 33 9/10 acres; as per survey made by C.J. Lyons in 1873

Honolulu, September 12th 1874, Upon examination of the survey of Kaelamakule [Kaelemakule] made in 1863 and of a survey of Makalena made in 1861 of the adjacent Ili of Kauaiokumu which places the two aforesaid small pieces of land as a lele of Poea, and Mr. Wilder not stating the he knows to the contrary thereof, and no one opposing this and the petitioner being in possession I hereby include them in the award as follows:

North 25° West magnetic 00 chains along government road;
South 75° West magnetic 0.14 chains along auwai
