Proper application having been made to me November 9th 1910 by Kinney, Ballon, Prosser and Anderson, attorneys for Nannie R. Rice for the settlement of the boundaries of the Ili of Kaeleuli, Kaneohe, Koolaupoko, Oahu, the application being as follows:

Dear Sir:
On behalf of Nannie R. Rice, owner of the Ilis below named, we hereby make application to have the boundaries of the following lands decided and certified to by you as Commissioner of Boundaries for the First Judicial Circuit, viz.:
Ili of Kuapuaa, Mahele Award 22 to Kainalu
Ili of Kaulu, Mahele Award 44 to Kalaau
Ili of Kaeleuli, Mahele Award 51 to Haole
Ili of Papaloa, Mahele Award 64 to Kahoe
We enclose herewith a general description and survey of said lands by W.A. Wall, Surveyor together with a map showing the names of the adjoining lands and the names of the owners of the same where known.
Will you please take steps at once to settle the boundaries of these lands and issue your certificate as soon as possible.

Description of Papaloa Mahele Award 64, Apana 4, Kaneohe, Koolaupoko, Oahu
Beginning at the Southwest corner of this piece at a point on the ridge, from said point the Government Survey Station Kailua bears by true azimuth and distance 45° 20' 3604 feet and running as follows by true azimuths:
1. 305° 10' 233 feet along Pohakea N.R.R.
2. 247° 45' 1170 feet along Pohakea N.R.R.;
3. 168° 10' 1120 feet along Ahupuaa N.R.R.;
4. 61° 00' 445 feet along Land Commission Award 7122:2 (Oneawa);
5. 14° 15' 690 feet along Land Commission Award 7122:2 (Oneawa);
6. 43° 51' 716 feet along Land Commission Award 7122:2 (Oneawa) and ridge to the initial point and containing an area of 19.60 acres, a little more or less.

I do hereby certify and decree that the foregoing are the true, lawful and equitable boundaries of the Ili of Papaloa, Ahupuaa of Kaneohe, District of Koolaupoko, Island of Oahu
