Honolulu, December 10th 1910 Proper application having been made to me November 9th 1910 by Kinney, Ballon, Prosser and Anderson, attorneys for Nannie R. Rice for the settlement of the boundaries of the Ili of Kuapuaa, Kailua, Koolaupoko, Oahu, the application being as follows:
Honolulu, November 9, 1910 M.D. Monsarrat, Esquire, Commissioner of Boundaries first Judicial Circuit, Territory of Hawaii Dear Sir: On behalf of Nannie R. Rice, owner of the Ilis below named, we hereby make application to have the boundaries of the following lands decided and certified to by you as Commissioner of Boundaries for the First Judicial Circuit, viz.:
Ili of Kuapuaa, Mahele Award 22 to Kainalu Ili of Kaulu, Mahele Award 44 to Kalaau Ili of Kaeleuli, Mahele Award 51 to Haole Ili of Papaloa, Mahele Award 64 to Kahoe
We enclose herewith a general description and survey of said lands by W.A. Wall, Surveyor together with a map showing the names of the adjoining lands and the names of the owners of the same where known.
Will you please take steps at once to settle the boundaries of these lands and issue your certificate as soon as possible. Respectfully yours, Kinney, Ballon, Prosser and Anderson, (signed) Benjamin L. Man Attorneys for Nannie R. Rice
After due notice in the P.C. Advertiser and Kuokoa newspapers and also notices in writing to the adjoining owners as far as known and all others interested the notices in said newspapers being as follows:

Description of Kuapuaa and Kualu, a Lele of Kuapuaa Kailua Koolaupoko, Oahu Beginning at the Government Survey Station Olohana and running as follows by true azimuths:
1. 206° 45' 1670 feet the boundary being along the ridge along the Government land of Kawailoa; 2. 234° 00' 735 feet the boundary being along the ridge along the Government land of Kawailoa; 3. 234° 10' 750 feet the boundary being along the ridge along the Government land of Waimanalo; 4. 299° 30' 1320 feet along Puolulu N.R.R. 5. 70° 50' 695 feet along Kalaaikoa N.R.R. 6. 56° 10' 1640 feet along Kalaaikoa N.R.R. 7. 62° 58' 1217 feet along Puakea N.R.R. to the initial point and containing an area of 56.30 acres, a little more or less [note under this line with 56.30: 2nd] Honolulu, December 8th 1910 W.A.
