Proper application having been made to me November 9th 1910 by Kinney, Ballon, Prosser and Anderson, attorneys for Nannie R. Rice for the settlement of the boundaries of the Ili of Kaulu, Kailua, Koolaupoko, Oahu, the application being as follows:

M.D. Monsarrat, Esquire, Commissioner of Boundaries first Judicial Circuit, Territory of Hawaii
Dear Sir:
On behalf of Nannie R. Rice, owner of the Ilis below named, we hereby make application to have the boundaries of the following lands decided and certified to by you as Commissioner of Boundaries for the First Judicial Circuit, viz.:
Ili of Kuapuaa, Mahele Award 22 to Kainalu
Ili of Kaulu, Mahele Award 44 to Kalaau
Ili of Kaeleuli, Mahele Award 51 to Haole
Ili of Papaloa, Mahele Award 64 to Kahoe
We enclose herewith a general description and survey of said lands by W.A. Wall, Surveyor together with a map showing the names of the adjoining lands and the names of the owners of the same where known.
Will you please take steps at once to settle the boundaries of these lands and issue your certificate as soon as possible.

.... />Beginning at the Southwest corner of this land at a point on the Waimanalo ridge from said point the Government Survey Station Olohana bears 154° 15' distance 2670 feet and running as follows by true azimuths:
1. 266° 50' 1735 feet along the land of Waimanalo, the top of the ridge being the boundary;
2. 255° 10' 1243 feet along same;
3. 236° 00' 1050 feet along same;
4. 226° 10' 1122 feet along same;
5. 191° 00' 980 feet along same;
6. 233° 50' 520 feet along same;
7. 162° 25' 488 feet along same;
8. 61° 50' 3235 feet along Kaioa, N.R.R.;
9. 20° 20' 530 feet along Kuailima, W.G. Irwin; [page 77]
10. 35° 20' 480 feet along Kuailima, W.G. Irwin;
11. 57° 10' 270 feet along Kuailima to Olohana ridge; [Olomana]
12. 76° 10' 1800 feet along Kuailima to Olohana ridge;
13. 339° 23' 535 feet along ridge to the initial point and containing an area of 149.50 acres, a little more or less
