To the Land Commissioner for Land titles, &c.; Gentlemen:
I desire to make known to your Honorable Board that I hold three lands in the Island of Oahu.
1. No. 1 a town allotment in the town of Honolulu, well known as my place of residence for many years.
2. No. 2. A land called Niu, in the district of Kona and
3. No. 3 a land in Kalihi, also in the district of Kona.

Kekuanaoa, sworn, I know that claimant got it from the King in the same way as the others at the same time. Mr. Ii has correctly stated the boundaries.
There is a piece of kalo land belonging to this ili about 4 miles off, called Waihala (claimant stated it had, he thought, 18 only small patches in it cultivated by him).
