In the matter of the Boundaries of a portion of the Ili of Kaliu, situated in Honolulu, Island of Oahu

Petition

To: R.F. Bickerton, Commissioner of Boundaries of the District of Honolulu, island of Oahu

The undersigned, Henry Smith of Honolulu, Oahu, shows that he is entitled to certain portion of that parcel of land situate in and near to the Ewa side of Fort Street, mauka of Kukui Street known as the Ili of Kaliu in said Honolulu, awarded to Julia A. Kauwa, by Land Commission Award No. 8525B, which said piece or portion are bounded and described as appears in the memorandum of survey hereto attached.

That the lands adjoining said portion are owned so far as your petitioner knows by Kaleikini, W.H. Jarrett and Paul Jarrett, J.T. Waterhouse and Mrs. Robert Love.

Wherefore, the undersigned prays that said boundaries in said memorandum of survey hereto attached may be confirmed
