.... t Southwest of the west angle of a frame house, from which point the Punchbowl triangulation station bears North 44° 22' East true Kawaiahao Church spire North 34° 40' East true, and the East point of the Government house turat [turret?] North 2° 24' West true and running North 38° 25' West true 324 feet along a lot belonging to the Government; thence along land belonging to the Crown as follows:
South 46° 20' West true 161 feet;
South 14[?]° 05' East true 319 feet;
North 55° East true 293 feet to point of beginning and containing an area of 70,000 square feet, or 1 6/10 acres, as per survey made by C.J. Lyons.
