Honolulu, January 11th 1908
Proper application having been made to me December 3rd 1907 by W.O. Smith, Esquire for Trustees of the Estate of W.C. Lunalilo, for the settlement of the boundaries of the land of Kaahaloa, Manoa Valley, a Lele of the Ili of Pau, Waikiki, Kona, Oahu, the application being as follows:

Sir: The Trustees of the Estate of William C. Lunalilo hereby make application for the settlement of the boundary of a portion of the Ili of “Pau” located at Kahaloa, Manoa, and described in plan and survey herewith. The said Ili of Pau was duly awarded to W.C. Lunalilo under Award 8559B, Volume 10 for the Awards, page 486. The adjoining titles and owners as far as known to this applicant.

Notice is hereby given to all owners of adjoining lands and all persons interested in said boundaries that there will be a hearing for the settlement of the boundaries at my office, Waity Block, Honolulu, Saturday, January 11, 1908, at 10 o'clock a.m.
