The undersigned hereby makes application for the settlement of the Boundaries of the land of “Waiawa” at Ewa, Oahu belonging to the Estate of R. Keelikolani.
The land in question adjoins on the North side of Ahupuaa of Waipio, North side of Ahupuaa of Waipio, belonging to John Ii Estate and on south side the Ahupuaa of Manana being Grant 2060 to Reimond & Bernard [Raymond & Bernard]. Hoping for an early date for hearing of the case and settlement of Boundaries

Proper Application having been made to the undersigned by Charles R. Bishop, for the Settlement of the Boundaries of the Ahupuaa of Waiawa, Ewa, Island of Oahu, Notice is hereby given to all owners of adjoining lands and to all persons interested in the settlement of said Boundaries that said matter will come on for hearing at my office Merchant Street, Honolulu, on Wednesday the 21st day of May, 1884 at 1 o'clock p.m.

20. South 21° 43' West 528 feet to point marked with concrete post, and triangular pits [one triangle above other with points toward each other];
21. South 33° 59' West 4546 to stone called “Pohakuumeume” Southwest of Acacia clump;
22. South 8° 14' West 726 feet;
23. South 8° 6' West 1764 feet to a concrete post marked + 184 feet makai of the mauka side of Government road;
24. South 9° 43' West 344.5 feet;
25. South 41° 20' west 466.6 feet;
26. South 58° 14' west 433.5 feet to bank of Waiawa stream from which point Ewa Church Trig. Station bears South 87° 42' West. From this point the boundary follows the East or Manana bank of the river to a point at the end of a line of Willow trees, from which point the Ewa Church Trig. Station bears North 73° 49' West distance 2099 feet.
At this point the boundary crosses to the opposite or Waiawa side of river and follows along said Waiawa bank (at water edge) to point from which Ewa church Trig. Station bears North 37° 15' west distance 2786 feet; Thence still along the Waiawa bank to point from which Ewa church Trig. Station bears north 90° 25' West distance 3824. Thence along shore to initial point at “Laehopu” which point bears North 52° West distance 3984 feet from last mentioned point.
