.... of the Ili of Homaikaia, I cannot entertain the application as the Boundaries of the Ahupuaa of Waipio have already been settled, and a Royal Patent issued for the same. The said Ili not having a separate Award, but being included in the Award for Waipio, and being part of it, I cannot take jurisdiction in this matter. It is between the devisees under the will of John Ii, deceased. I therefor dismiss the matter and deny the application.
