Proper application having been made to me November 16th 1909 by A.N. Campbell, Treasurer of the Henry Waterhouse Trust Company, Ltd as trustees for J.H. and Phoebe K. Raymond as follows:

Sir,
We hereby make application for the settlement of the boundaries of the Ahupuaa of Keauhou, Honuaula, Island of Maui, Land Commission Award 6715 to Hoomanawanui and described in survey herewith.
The adjoining owners as far as we know are the Henry Waterhouse Trust Company, Ltd, Trustees for Phoebe K. and J.H. Raymond.

Boundary Commissioner's Notice
Proper application having been made to me by the Henry Waterhouse Trust Company, Trustees for Phoebe K. and J.H. Raymond for the settlement of the boundaries of the Ahupuaa of Keauhou, Honuaula, Island of Maui.
Notice is hereby given to all owners of adjoining land and all persons interested in said boundaries, that there will be a hearing for the settlement of the boundaries at my office, Waity block, Honolulu on Saturday, December 11, 1909, at 10 o'clock a.m.

14. South 87° 00' West Magnetic 14678.4 feet along same to a pile of stones on East side of shore road;
15. West to the end of a rocky point (called Halo) 590.7 feet;
16. Thence along sea shore to initial point.
