R.W. Holt, sworn, (The wife of Joseph Elliott), (marked A, being handed to witness) This is the last will land testament of Joseph Elliott, who died as near as I can remember in 1836. I drew up this will, and signed it as a witness; Elliott declaring the same to be his last will & testament. The 400 dollars mentioned in this will was paid to his wife.

.... and stated, I had given this bill of sale to Robinson and Lawrence and had signatured it. I had received this place from Henry Pasa (Pearse). The Robinsons have lived there to the present time. It has been fenced.
D.P. True, sworn by the Word of God and stated, I am another witness for the signing of the bill of sale by the person owning this place. Robinson has lived there peacefully to the present time and another proof is his will.
