Pehu, sworn, I know these lands. Claimant got them from Boki when Governor. I know it because I was intimate with the chiefs.
Claimant worked for Boki, and I supposed that he gave it for his services. I know of no difference about the right except one relating to a road cut through.
It is bounded:
Mauka by land of Kohananakoa including Captain Carter's place
Ewa side by land called Palakea
Waititi side by Boki's place
Mauka by Kaleo and Kahookino [?].
Nuuanu Road runs through it. The land does not extend to the stream as stated in the c ....

.... ing Waikahalulu from the time of Rihoriho and my father lived there on Kalawehine before me. I know the bounds of Palepo and Waikahalulu and the stream of Nuuanu or Waikahululu is the dividing line between Palepo & Waikahahlulu. I am clear on this point. The center of the stream is the correct boundary. Parties agreed.
