Pahio Haui, kane, says, I was born at Keaohana, Puna, Hawaii, at time of building Haili mua, after the gathering of sandalwood Ohaikea at Kapapala, Kau. I have lived at Anonmea, Hilo the last few years. I know the land of Keekee in Puna. Know part of the boundaries, have heard what part of the boundaries are. I know the boundaries between this land and Kehena. The boundary at the shore is at cave Keanakolo; Thence boundary runs mauka to ahupohaku on east side of the road; Thence mauka to Hilo side of Waiakolopo, Keekee being on aa; Thence mauka to Hilo side of Waiahuakai, boundary running along old trail; Thence mauka to Kau side of Waiahuamauka; Thence mauka to Kau side of a poohina: Thence mauka to Kau side of Keakuapulehu; Thence mauka to Hilo side of Kolani; thence mauka to Hilo side of Laa; Thence mauka to Kau side of Punahaha.
Thence mauka to Hilo side of Kuhio; Thence mauka to Kau side of Kauhiaina; thence mauka to Hilo side of Kuliloa; Thence mauka to Hilo side of Keauheeakekua; Thence mauka to kau side of Paliuli; [page 417] Thence mauka to Hilo side of Kaoioi; Thence Kehena turns towards Hilo, and cuts this land off.
The land of Kukuihala bounds this land on the Hilo side at the shore. Boundary at the shore is at place called Kapio. I do not know the other boundaries. Ancient fishing rights extending out to sea.

Decision
The boundaries of Keekee are decided to be as given by Kenoi and Pahio Haui, and notes of survey given in Royal Patent of a portion of Kukuihala.
Certificate of Boundaries to be issued as soon as notes of survey and map are filed.
