No. 779, Uaia
N.R. 427v2
Claim for house lot, 1 taro patch, 1 hala clump, 1 coconut (tree), from my makuakane. His name was Kihewa and he had it from the time of Kamehameha I to Kamehameha III. He died August 9, 1847 and bequeathed it to his keiki, Uaia. This is a very old interest. There is a correct witness named Kaula, to their occupancy at Kapalama. The lot was fenced by my hands, Iwilei is the famous name /of the district./
