On this the 28th day of February, A.D. 1876, the Commission of land Boundaries for the Island of Hawaii, 3d Judicial Circuit, met at the Court House at Hilo, Hawaii, on the application of His Royal Highness Charles Kanaina, for the settlement of the boundaries of the Ahupuaa of Keonepoko Nui, situated in the District of Puna, Island of Hawaii, 3d Judicial Circuit.

Notice of time and place of hearing personally served on applicant and L. Kaina, Agent for Hawaiian Government.

Present: John Brown and Manoanoa on part of applicant, and L. Kaina for Hawaiian Government.

Testimony

Kaumaikai, kane, sworn, says, I was born in Kona, Hawaii, at time of Kui waeo ka Lalo[?]. I came to live at Makuu in Puna a year before the lava destroyed Nanawale, and have lived t ....

It is therefore adjudged and I do hereby decide and certify that the boundaries of the said land are, and hereafter, shall be as hereinbefore set forth.
