Greetings to you, the Honorable William Lee, the President and the other Commissioners whom the Moi appointed to quiet titles in the Hawaiian Islands:

.... has been enclosed and there are three houses, one of which is for Hueu and two for the house dwellers named Kalaanala and Kahananui. Hueu's interest had been from Kauhae during the time of Piki was living here and Hueu has been residing there peacefully to this time. No other person has an interest there.
Hueu II, sworn and said, I have seen Hueu's place exactly as all of Apii's statements which he has made.
