No. 3. The boundaries of Kua's portion of Keopu 1, North Kona decided to be as given in Certificate of Boundaries of Moeauoa 2, No. 26, Folio 361, book A on North side. On Mauka side by Lanihau as given in evidence, &c.
On South side as given in notes of survey of this piece and Kahiamoe's piece.
The makai side as given in notes of survey of this piece and Kapukui's piece.
Correct notes of survey to be filed previous to certificate of Boundaries being issued.
No. 4. The Boundaries of Kahiamoe's portion of Keopu 1, North Kona Decided to be as given in Notes of survey of this piece & Kua's piece for North side of this land.
On mauka side bounded by Lanihau & Keopu 2 as given in evidence and notes of survey of Royal Patents of lands sold on Keopu 2, and bounded by Keopu 2 on South side, see evidence & Notes of survey in Royal Patents.
And on makai side by Kapukui's portion of Keopu as given in notes of survey of this land and Kapukui's land.
Correct notes of survey to be filed previous to certificate of Boundaries being issued.
