Honorable R.A. Lyman, Commissioner of Boundaries, 3d Judicial Circuit

The undersigned would request a settlement of the boundaries of the Ahupuaa of Halekii, situate in the District of Kona, Island of Hawaii. The same being for the most part bounded on both North and South sides by Royal Patents, as per accompanying survey.

Hitchcock, Kane, sworn, The notes of survey I have filed were made by me in accordance with notes of survey of Royal Patents of the land on the south side of the land, and also on the north side from he sea shore to the mauka end of Peter's land.I surveyed the remaining sides, and also made a survey of the adjoining Government land for Mr. Greenwell, the Government land Agen ....
