On this, the 25th day of November A.D. 1873 the Commission of Boundaries for the Island of Hawaii, 3d Judicial Circuit, met at the house of James Woods at Kohala Ranch, North Kohala, on the application of John E. Osgute, for the settlement of the boundaries of Mahukona 2d, situated in the District of North Kohala, Island of Hawaii.
