To the Honorable R.A. Lyman, Commissioner of Boundaries, Island of Hawaii
Your petitioner respectfully sets forth that the boundaries of the Ahupuaa of Kamano, North Kohala, Hawaii have not been settled as yet. Said Ahupuaa having been sold by survey and name only. He therefore prays that a time and place may be set for hearing the testimony of said boundaries.

The Ahupuaa of Kamano, District of North Kona, Island of Hawaii, 3d Judicial Circuit.

On this, the 25th day of November A.D. 1873 the Commission of Boundaries for the Island of Hawaii, 3d Judicial Circuit, met at the house of James Woods, Kohala Ranch, North Kohala, on the application of E. Asegute, for the settlement of the boundaries of Kamano, situated in the District of North Kohala, Island of Hawaii.
