The application of J. Komoikehuehu, one of the Guardians of Airine Haalou Ii for the settlement of the boundaries of the Ili Aina Haleape, situated in the District of North Kohala, Island of Hawaii, 3d Judicial Circuit, came on to be heard, after notice personally served on the owners of the adjoining lands, and S.C. Wiltse, Agent for Crown Commissioners. Present P. Kamakaala on the part of the applicant, S.C. Wiltse, for Commissioners of Crown Lands, P. Kaneihalau for self, and Kaohepu [?] self and Kanaina. P. Kamakaala read the petition of applicant in the words following:
