Commencing at the water in the Manowaiopai Gulch at the sea coast and running up the gulch and land of H.O. Kumahoe as follows: [page 152]
1. South 14° 00' West 10.00 chains;
2. South 54° 30' West 20.00 chains;
3. South 32. 00' West 36.00 chains;
4. South 30° 00' West 36.00 chains;
5. South 22° 00' East 27.00 chains;
6. Due South 37.00 chains to the lower edge of the woods;
7. South 65° 00' West 24.00 chains into the lower edge of the woods; Thence down the old path between this land & Pualaia;
8. North 28 00' East 28.00 chains;
9. North 5° 00' West 60.00 chains;
10. North 27° 00' East 35.00 chains
11. North 35° 00' East 12.00 chains;
12. North 34° 00' East 24.00 chains;
13. North 33° 00' East 21.00 chains to the sea coast at a Hau grove and small rock; Thence along the cost to the point of commencement.
