The President and the Honorable Land Commissioners of the Hawaiian Islands, Greetings: I hereby tell you of my claim, as directed by the law. This land is at Nukee in Honouliuli, Ewa, Island of Oahu. It is bounded on the north by the land of Kawahamana and the pond of Nihola, on the east by Kalokoeli, on the south and the west by the land of Kaalauahi. The second of my claims is bounded on the north by the land of Paele ma, and the land of Aaron Nakai, on the east by the land of Kaunahi, on the south by the land of Hapauea, and on the west also.
The third claim consists of my taro patches, ....

Kekaalauahi's place, toward the mountain and Honolulu
Paniani's land and Maakuia's land, toward the sea
and Kaunahi's land, Waianae.
Kuhemu's land had been from Honaunau in the year 1839 and no one has objected to him."
