.... in regards to my overseers who I have assigned as overseeing konohikis on the land of the fort from Kalihi to Waikiki. This is also for other people whom I have placed on that land. Their reports should be true, at the time they are presented to you. I am not aware of their claims in these fort lands. They will submit their own claims with their supporting witnessess. also, Kaniku has no rights in that house lot at Kuwili of Honolulu ili because -a claim has not been registered.
