Greetings to the Land Commissioners: We testify as to the claim to our house lot in Honolulu. The survey has been completed and its boundaries are shown on the diagram which accompanies this. N.T. 527v2
No. 729, Kekuhaupio, February 18 [1848]

Kamaka, sworn by the Bible and stated, I have seen this place. It is in Honolulu here. The boundaries are as follows:

Makai, street
toward the sea, Kinimaka's place
Ewa, a pond
Kaahumanu and Kaihiwa's lots, Waikiki.

Kekuhaupio had received this place during Kaahumanu I's reign. It is enclosed with three houses and Kekuhaupio is living on this place to this day." Kaiakaiulani. "I have not know that anyone has objected to him. The third house that is standing there is for Kahaleohia because he is a land possessor."
