N.R. 539-540v6
I hereby write you for my claim for an 'Ili which I received from Kahikona. There are 88 lo`i within the /`Ili/. I tell you of my own, and there remain those of the hoa`ainas /tenants/.
I have three mo'`o. Eight po`alima are in the 88 lo`i, leaving 80, also there is a kula. The boundaries are on the south, a stream, on the west the `Ili of Ohia, on the north the 'Ili of Kapuhau, and the land boundary wall, on the east, the `Ili of Loaloa and Halii-palala.
Kahikona gave me this `Ili in 1846. The witnesses for my claim are Kaai and Moo.
