To the Land Commissioners: Respectful Greetings: I, Wahinehune, hereby state my claim for land and house lot here at Kapaeloa. It is a separate mo`o, bounded on the north by the Road, on the east by Maloiki's land, on the south by the pali, on the west by Kaopulupulu's land. In another place, at Haliilauhala, is a sweet potato kula adjoining Nakuia's at Keahuohapu, and in another place, in Waimea, are two lo`i, one at Amanui, one at Kaniukukahi.
