Section 1 [was] received in 1844, the lois in 1848. Ulaa's land in Limanui, Hanalei was conveyed to a foreigner; for this reason his (Ulaa) taro is from the land in Waioli.
Keaweluaole, sworn, he has seen Ulaa's house lot in Hanalei and the three lois in Waioli just as Mareko has related.
