The undersigned presents herewith the evidence of his title of the premises now in his occupation in Honolulu, consisting of the following documents.
First. A document signed Thomas Cummins with a map.
Second. A document signed Luther Wright with a map
All which he prays may be considered by the Board; and conferred to him according to the rights which he is entitled to by the Laws.

Copy, Know all men by these presents, that I, Thomas Cummins, at present of Honolulu, Island of Oahu, Sandwich Islands, trader, for and in, consideration of the sum of three thousand dollars, to me well and truly paid by Eli Jones, a citizen of the United States, now resident at Honolulu, as aforesaid, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, do by these presents grant, remise, release and forever quit claims unto the said Eli Jones, his heirs and assigns, all my rights, title, int ....

.... didn't know, about leasing property. I divided (the property) and when everything was done properly, I read (it) to the chiefs, but for other small matters, I do not know, I have forgotten.
William French, sworn for testimony, Kuakini gave that property to Capt. Hikale? Capt. Hikale began to work on the land where Janion is living now and because his means was meager, I gave him some so two people would be able on the property where E. Jones is residing now. One half of this estate became mine and finally when he was without funds the property became mine in its entirety. After this I sold to Kamaki the property where E. Jones is living now, also to Hunwai where Janion is living now. The governor was ill at the time of the transaction with Kamaki, so this was done before him (governor) personally.
Hearing was postponed to May 7 by the officers who quiet land title.
