Hear ye, O Land Commissioners: I hereby tell you of my claim for my lot. On the northeast is Kaaha's lot, on the north is the Government Road going upland; on the east is the Government Highway; on the south is John Ii's lot.
This is my claim for my own lot.

Kaimana, sworn by the Word of God and stated, "My testimony is similar to everything which have been said here previously for all things concerning Kinau's property. Kinau had obtained this place in the year 1836 at the time of Nahienaena's death. No one has ever objected to this day.
