Greetings to the Land Commissioners, sitting on the Island of Oahu: I hereby state my claim of occupancy at Waipa. It is 43 fathoms on the north side, close to the Government Road, 33 fathoms on the east side, close to Palaha's lot, 33 fathoms on the west side, close to the hau clump, 43 fathoms on the south side, close to the muliwai. The combined lengths make a circumference of 152 fathoms of the lot.

These are my four lo`i at Waipa - their dimensions have been given above. These lo`i also have a kula which is 109 chains long by 43 chains wide, making a circumference of 3 ....
