The Land Commissioners, greetings: I, Kuaehu, a Hawaiian subject living at Waioli, island of Kauai, hereby state my claim for land. I have one lo`i which is shown in diagram 2, and the kula is diagram 3. my occupancy has been from the time of Kaumualii; however it is not clear to me how many years it has been. The fathoms are shown on /the diagrams/ of the boundaries of this kula and the lo`i.
