Claim No. 604, Henry Sea, administrator [Richard Ford heirs], Honolulu, July 13, 1847

Gentlemen:
I have the honor to present to your Honorable board the following claim to a certain piece of land situated in Honolulu, the property of the late Richard Ford, who died intestate on this island in May last: viz.
Bounded on the front border upon the street which runs towards Nuuanu valley 39 ft.; thence from the upper end of this line, bordering upon premises belonging to Isaac Montgomery, running for the distance of 43 ft.; thence extending 42 ft., bounded by land belonging to Aniani; thence running to the point of commencement, a distance of 52 ft., bounded by land belonging to Koa, in the direction of the water side.
The said Richard Ford has been in possession of said land since the year 1846; and has together with Mr. W.H. Taylor, erected one wooden building thereon.

.... l incumbrances & demands whatsoever; and that I have a good right to sell & convey the same to the said Isaac Montgomery aforesaid and that I and my heirs, executors and administrators will warrant and defend the same to the said Isaac Montgomery, his heirs, administrators, & assigns forever against the lawful claims & demands of all persons.
In witness whereof, I the said John Jason have hereunto set my hand & seal this 27th day of August, A.D. 1844

Indorsement on the above deed. This is to certify that I, Isaac Montgomery give up all right, title, claim & interest unto Jacob Supplebeen, to the within mentioned premises for the sum of 200 dollars to me in hand paid this 14th day of November
