I, Keo, am a claimant of a mo'o in the 'ili of Lopa, Ahupua'a of Waimano, Ewa, Oahu. The name is Lopaloi and it is bounded on the north by Kilau, on the south by Ainaio, on the east by Kahawai /stream valley/, on the west by Kaluaokahaiao. Here is this claim of mine for a pu'uone /pond/ from Lopa, which is seaward of Ainaio.

Kamauoha, sworn says, he knows the land of claimant, a moo kalo called Lopa in the ili Lopa, Waimano, Ewa, Oahu. It contains
1st, 6 lois & a kahawai in one piece and
2d, a fish pond in the ili Lopa [and?] in another
3d, a house lot in the ili of Kahapapa.

Keo, sworn, the sand dune pond in this section 2, which Kamanoha had related to A. Bishop is for the konohiki. I have no interest in the pond. It shall be conveyed to the konohiki, from this day until forever. Keo has two land sections, 1 and 3. He has given three and a half patches in section 1 to his wife, Mahia, and this has left him with two and half patches and the pauku stream. He has indicated that she shall continue to cultivate until her health [gives out] at which time the land would then be returned to him and in the event he should precede her in death, the deed of his interest would rest with her.
