I, Kaneahaula, am a claimant of a mo'o in the 'ili of Kauhihou, Ahupua'a of Waiau, Ewa, Oahu. The name is Melei and it is bounded on he north by the kula to the wall and house site, on the south by Kaluapalolo, on the west by Poalo, on the east by the kula to the land boundary wall.

Land from Kaumiumi in 1848. He has lived there peacefully to the present day. No objections.
The konohiki's boundaries are:
Mauka, land enclosure, Kamamalu
Honolulu, Nalima, Government land
Makai, Kaneahaula's land
Waianae, Kumuulu, Kamamalu's land.
The early konohikis have continuously lived there since the time of Kamehameha I to the present time.
It has been agreed that the pasture be given to the konohiki, the pasture which is near the water.
