Greetings to the Land Commissioners on the island of Oahu: I hereby explain my claim of occupancy at Waioli on the island of Kauai. /My Lot measures/ 33 fathoms on the east side, along Naiwi's lot, 23 fathoms on the west side along Naniho's lot, on the south and north the width is 16 fathoms. The circumference of the lot is 78 fathoms. my two lo`i at Waioli /are shown on the diagram/. There is no kula.
