Kaumana, sworn, says I know Claimants' lands in Kalihiwai as follows:
No. 1 is house lot in "Kaihalulu."
No. 2 is 5 Lois in "Auwailalo."
No. 3 is 15 Lois with kula adjoining.
No. 1 is bounded:
Mauka by Kaihalulu pali

.... tion 2 from the Konohiki at the time Kaahumanu was yet alive and the fifteen lois had been for Kupihea's father, Alahipa. Kupihea's father died on 15. Feb. 1849. These lands have not been developed because of problems derived from hogs and cattle.
Pepeiaonui, sworn, he has seen Kupihea and Hipa's land. Kupihea and Hipa held their land securely and Pepeiaonui has known about this land in the same was as Kaumana.
