To the Land Commissioners, greetings: I hereby state that I have some lo`is and kula at Wainiha; the name of this land is Kipapaiki. The diagram shows this place. There are eight lo`i in this diagram and a kula which is together with the lo`is. It is 33 fathoms on the north, 85 fathoms on the east, 44 fathoms on the south, 91 fathoms on the west.
