Laaupou, sworn, I know Claimant's land. It is i the Ahupuaa of Akuakamakalii. Claimant got it from his Ancestors of old and when Wahie became konohiki in Hana, he gave his sanction to the same, and also to a lot in Pahahia which claimant after fenced in part. This last he got in about 1842. He has held and cultivated it without dispute till Mr Fixsen went on and cultivated there against the protest of claimant.
