I, the one whose name is below, hereby state to the Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles that I have a claim in the `ili of Loipunawai, Ahupua`a of Ualapue.
My claim is for lo`i and kula land. The lo`i is 17 fathoms on the south, 8 fathoms on the east, 13 fathoms on the west. That is my claim, for the information of the Land Commissioners. I have held this land from the time of Keopuhiwa. If my claim is found valid, kindly award it to me.
