Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby state my claims at Pulehunui Ahupua`a, an `Ili named Keaku. it is bounded on the east by Honuamauu, mauka by the forest, west by a kula, makai, on the north by stream. That is the end of my `ili claim. I received it from Kamakea, and some other people have claims in this `Ili.
Here is my own land which I got -- two upland areas in Irish potatoes. the name of one area is Pohoa, bounded on the east by a hill, on the north by a stream, on the west by ro ....
