Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby state to you my claim for land in the `ili of Kukuwai, the Ahupua`a of Ahaino on the Island of Molokai, with some lo`is fathoms by 22 fathoms. My mo`o is bounded by Koloaha on the east, by Kanihomole's land on the west. I have occupied this for four or more years. The present konohiki is Kaakamau. That is my claim which I have occupied until the present.
