.... ;s name for sections 5 to section 12 are all for Luukia, and it is also clear that Luukia has not given these land sections to Kanaina; however, Kanaina and Luukia had secretly entered these interests in his name because she had disobeyed the government in that she had failed to file her claims to the land officers at the time the government had requested all claim holders to do so.
