In the Ahupua`a of Honokane, in the ili of Makuokalai, I have a garden, 40 fathoms, perhaps, is the length, and there is a stream on one side and the road /or path/ is on one side. This garden was from Kaahumanu to Aki and from Aki to me. I have occupied this land for 20 years.
