Hanemo has objected to Ku's interest without cause. Ku had enclosed the lot before Namauu had taken it. Kahiamoe, sworn, He has seen the lot, it is for Ku. Interest from Panalaau, Namauu took it in 1831, to this day.
"This is the agreement - 2/3 of that lot is for Ku, 1/3 is for Namauu, according to the officers who quiet land titles."
